As part of the study, its authors carefully studied about 500 cases of coronavirus. As it turned out, neurological symptoms were a frequent consequence of COVID-19. About 42% of those who had recovered from this kind of deviations. Moreover, in 82% of them, ailments could make themselves felt at any time, even when they underwent a course of therapy. Among the atypical manifestations after infection, muscle and headaches are noted, some people observe blurred thinking, others face encephalopathy and dizziness.

In the future, scientists intend to establish how long-term such side effects from COVID-19 are. Cognitive changes in those who have been ill will also be studied.
