Among other things, flour contains gluten, which is avoided in many modern diets. Finally, people who have stopped eating starchy foods quickly notice significant changes in their bodies. According to recent studies, almost half (49%) of people with eczema experience significant improvement in their skin when they cut out white flour meals. We are talking about atopic eczema, accompanied by itching, cracks, dryness and soreness of the skin. There is no cure for this ailment, and its treatment, as a rule, is aimed only at relieving the main symptoms.

Besides flour, experts also recommend avoiding potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants and peppers. They advise replacing these products with fish and any other vegetables, which will avoid the increased risk of developing atopic eczema in the future.
