PJSC Sberbank has absorbed the company “Sound” and is preparing to create a new audio streaming service on its basis. The platform being developed will be named “SberSvuk” and will combine over 40 million songs.

As follows from the message of the press service of the Russian financial conglomerate, as well as the largest transnational and universal bank of the Russian Federation, Central and Eastern Europe, PJSC Sberbank of Russia received 100% of the shares of the company Sound, therefore it is planned to be fully integrated into the ecosystem of the credit institution for all existing directions. At the moment, the “Sound” tools have merged with the ID service, integration with SberPay is in the last stages. In addition, music will appear in most future programs and smart resources of Sberbank.
The music service will change the logo and name on all existing platforms. It is expected that Mikhail Ilyichev, who headed the former company at a certain stage, will become the head of SberSvuk. The current director will continue to work in the team of the updated brand.
