Sberbank (MOEX: SBER) placed 4.11% of the IOS-SX5E-ASN_PRT-4Y-001Р-325R series investment bonds for RUB 82.14 million with a nominal volume of RUB 2 billion and 26.48% of the IOS-IMOEXasn-PRT-C issue / S-18m-001Р-328R for 397.17 million rubles with a nominal volume of 1.5 billion rubles, the bank said.
The circulation period of the IOS-SX5E-ASN_PRT-4Y-001Р-325R issue is 4 years, the IOS-IMOEXasn-PRT-C / S-18m-001Р-328R issue – 1.5 years.
One coupon is provided for the issues, the rate is 0.01% per annum.
In addition, additional income will be paid.
The bonds were placed under the program of exchange-traded bonds (identification number 401481В001P02E) up to RUB 700 billion, which the Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX) registered in October 2015. In January 2020, Mosbirzh registered changes to the program, according to which the volume of the program was increased by 1 trillion rubles – up to 1.7 trillion rubles.
Sberbank placed its debut semi-annual issue of structural bonds in December 2016 for RUB 456.419 million. Additional income on securities was tied to the dynamics of the ruble / dollar rate. Later, Sberbank renamed such bonds with additional floating income, but guaranteed repayment of the main part of the debt into investment bonds.
Currently, there are 273 issues of exchange-traded bonds of Sberbank (MCX: SBER) for 704.193 billion rubles in circulation, one issue of classic bonds for 18.5 billion rubles and three issues of investment bonds denominated in dollars for $ 44.72 million.
