Recipe for homemade granola

This recipe is rich in healthy carbohydrates, fiber and energy, which is so necessary in the morning, before a busy school day,

Ingredients:

  • Oat flakes – 300 grams;
  • Honey – 3 tablespoons;
  • Sunflower oil – 3 tablespoons;
  • Raisins to taste;

  • Peanut to taste;
  • Hazelnut to taste.

>Method of preparation:

  1. Mix oatmeal, oil and honey.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add nuts and raisins.
  4. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 170°.

You can serve with fresh or frozen berries and milk or yogurt, suggests Hector.
