Samsung will release two new smartphones W25 and W25 Flip: what are the features of these gadgets

Every year, Samsung releases its sophisticated devices on the Chinese market under the name W- series. It's the turn — W25 and W25 Flip.

The upcoming Samsung W25 is expected to be based on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, which is currently only available in South Korea. GSM Arena writes about it.

Generally, the W-series smartphones are identical to the Z-series devices, except for some design changes that make them more attractive to local buyers, a nice retail box that justifies the high price, and generally more RAM and storage than in Z models.

The W25 will have a larger cover and internal displays (6.5 inches and 8 inches versus 6.3 inches and 7.6 inches in the regular Z Fold6), but without S Pen support , as well as a 200MP primary camera (replacing the 50MP camera).

In terms of design, the Samsung W25 is black with gold accents along the metal sides and camera bump, just like the W series style. The sides also have a pattern instead of the usual smooth metal finish.

Samsung also produces folding clamshells for the W series .The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 will be used as the base for the Samsung W25 Flip as there is no special version for it.

Samsung China sells the regular Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 if you prefer that. The W24 (based on last year's Z Fold5) is currently priced at CNY 13,000 for the 16GB/1TB model, while the Z Fold6 is priced at CNY 14,000 for the 12GB/512GB model and CNY 16,000 for the 12GB/1TB variant. Of course, this was a year after the W24 first appeared, originally priced at CNY 16,000.

And there are reasons to choose the W-foldable over the Z-foldable, beyond the extra RAM and sleek looks. The W25 Flip also comes with a charger and case, which is not the case with the Z Flip6's basic retail package.
