More than 10 thousand pre-orders for a smartphone came from the trade-in system, within which users of old devices can exchange them for new ones. Representatives of the company noted that last year the first Galaxy Fold model for the same period attracted the attention of only a thousand potential customers.
Galaxy Z Fold2 received a 6.2-inch AMOLED Infinity-O display. Inside the smartphone is another Dynamic AMOLED screen with UTG glass that responds faster to pressing. On the back of the device, a 36-megapixel triple-module camera was installed. The basis for the smartphone is the Snapdragon 865+ processor, working together with 12 gigabytes of LPDDR5 RAM. The cheapest version of the device received a 256 gigabyte ROM without the possibility of expansion by means of external drives.
