The new Secretary General of the Atlantic Alliance Mark Rutte said , what Ukraine is facing an important winter with the beginning of military operations, informs Interfax-Ukraine.
“NATO may and will work even more to help Ukraine,” said Rutte at the hour of the press conference with Finnish President Alexander Stubb.
