Russians are already running out of Iranian drones
Stocks of Iranian kamikaze drones, with which the enemy massively attacks Ukraine, are already running low, with only a few large strikes left, according to a recent report from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
“Russian troops have combat drones for only a few large-scale strikes, if they do not receive in soon a new batch from Iran. Russian State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin met with Iranian President Ibrahim Raisse in Tehran on January 23 to expand bilateral cooperation. The talks may have included a discussion of providing Russia with Iranian-made weapons systems”, – The report said.
ISW analysts drew attention to information from the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov, who said that as of January 7, 90 Iranian-made drones remained in service with Russian troops.
