Russian deputies understand that they lack people trained in military affairs
The State Duma announced lack of military reservists for a large-scale war.
According to the head of the State Duma Defense Committee, Colonel General Andrei Kartapolov, the existing mobilization reserve “meets the needs” states. However, if a “large-scale war” breaks out, it will be impossible to get by with them.
