The “referendums” were again postponed in the Kremlin; in the occupied territory of Ukraine, now until the end of autumn. At the same time, several scenarios are being considered, writes "RBC".

In particular, Putin is counting on holding “referenda”; in the so-called “LPR”, “DPR”, captured Kherson, Zaporozhye and Kharkov regions until the end of autumn.

The publication notes that starting preparations for the “referendum”, the Kremlin proceeded from the concept that, depending on the military situation, they can take place “in the near or distant future”, where the close meant September, and the distant – November. p>

The optimistic scenario – holding “referendums” in September – most likely, it will not be implemented.

As one of the possible dates, it sounds like November 4 (the day of national unity in Russia, – ed.).

But all this is no more than previous estimates, since the decision will still depend on the situation on the fronts.

At the same time, according to Meduza, the Kremlin is considering several options for carrying out ” ;referendums". Among the main ones:

  • to hold “referendums” in September or October; in the occupied territories of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions of Ukraine, and in late autumn – in the "LPR" and “DPR”;
  • hold all pseudo-referendums at the same time, but later; the Kremlin hopes that by late autumn they seem to be able to completely capture the Donetsk region.

At the same time, according to two Meduza sources close to Putin’s administration, the Kremlin’s internal policy department is already verifying the lists of electoral commission members for “referendums.” sources of Meduza, “almost everything is ready.”
