Russia has secretly created a channel with India to purchase dual-use goods, including components for military systems.
This was reported by the Financial Times, citing Russian official correspondence that became available to journalists.
In addition, Russia was considering the possibility of building factories in India to obtain components necessary for its military needs.
In October 2022, the Indian Ministry of Industry and Commerce developed secret plans aimed at spending about 82 billion rupees (about $1 billion at the time) for critical electronics production through channels invisible to Western governments.
Earlier, BAGNET reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called on India to stop importing Russian oil, as it would leave Russia facing huge challenges.
