Rosneft (MCX: ROSN) has set the 7th coupon rate for 001Р-08 series bonds at 4.35% per annum, the company said.
The rate is calculated according to the new procedure for determining it, established by the issuer for the 7th and 8th coupons. The rate of each coupon period is equal to the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, effective as of the 5th business day preceding the coupon start date, increased by 0.1%.
The company placed 10-year bonds worth RUB 100 billion in October 2017 at an interest rate of 8.6% per annum. The current coupon rate is 6.1% per annum. An offer is pending for the October 13 issue.
Currently, there are 44 issues of the company's exchange-traded bonds for 2 trillion 966 billion rubles and 7 issues of classic bonds for 90 billion rubles.
