“This is a multi-functional reusable orbital complex that can be used as a tug for the delivery of payloads to the most distant points,” said Alexander Bloshenko, executive director of Roscosmos. According to the corporation's top manager, domestic specialists expect to launch the first launch of such equipment with a full-fledged scientific mission. At the same time, he added that the greater the range of the proposed flight, the greater the benefits from using such a device.
“We are also planning to make a flight to the Moon, within the framework of which the object should be flown around. In addition, we want to fly around Venus, delivering a satellite for research into its orbit, and then the same vehicle will transit in the direction of Jupiter's satellites, and also with a payload, ”Bloshenko stressed.
