A fire broke out in the four-story Rio shopping center in Moscow on the morning of August 14.
The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations claims that they have already localized the fire to 200 sq. m of the building's facade.
The facade itself is being dismantled to drain the structures and prevent the materials from smoldering.
40 rescuers and 11 units of equipment are working at the site.
There are allegedly no reports of casualties.
