According to the analyst, the most affordable model in the iPhone 12 lineup will be equipped with a 5.4-inch display and will receive a reduced in size screen cutout for the front camera and Fac ID. Thus, the developer managed to slightly increase the usable area of the upper part of the device's screen. At the same time, the other three versions of the iPhone 12 will have the same bezel design as last year's iPhone 11.
In addition, the insider spoke about other interesting features of the upcoming debutants from the developer from Cupertino. For example, according to him, Apple has decided not to increase the display frequency of its flagship devices to 120 Hz, because it fears that such a function will negatively affect the autonomy of the gadgets. At the same time, Min-Chi Ko is sure that such a function should appear in the next generation of the brand's smartphones, which are scheduled for release in 2021.
In addition, the insider notes that this year the American corporation will present only four flagship devices. At the same time, all of them will be equipped with OLED screens and will receive support for fifth generation 5G networks.
