Residents of Poltava region reported on the movement of CCC representatives on social networks: investigators are investigating the case

Investigators have identified one of the region's residents who used Telegram to report to citizens the whereabouts of CCC and SP representatives

In Poltava Region, Law Enforcement Officers Are Investigating a Case of Obstructing the Activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — Some residents of Poltava region spread the movement of representatives of the territorial center of recruitment and social support (TCK and SP) on social networks. This became known from the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, which was published on February 7.

It is known that the relevant information was published by administrators of groups and their participants on Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, etc. In particular, investigators identified one of the residents of the region who used Telegram to inform citizens about the locations of representatives of the CCC and the Joint Venture, «in order to inform citizens subject to military registration and conscription, in order to enable them to evade mobilization», the court ruling states.

The woman was searched, and the court seized her phone. The investigation is currently ongoing.
