You probably associate me more often with desserts, but I also love to cook meat, fish and vegetable dishes. My family say that they are lucky, because I love to cook and every time I invent something new, – writes Glinska.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 3 pcs
  • 20 ml of oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Zucchini – 1 pc
  • Eggplant – 1 pc
  • Tomato – 1 pc
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • 70 g of hard cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, coat it with fragrant oil. Add salt and black pepper.

2. Wash and cut the vegetables into rings.

3. Insert the stacked vegetables into the cut of the fillet.

4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in an oven heated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
