The number of subscribers to the telegram channels of brigades and units of the Defense Forces in the messenger varies from several thousand to several hundred thousand. The DeepState platform created lists of the most popular.

Tretya Sturmova and “Azov” became the leaders of the rating among the brigades, which have 301 thousand and 284,200 subscribers, respectively. DeepState reported this in its Telegram channel.

Also among the leaders of the list are the 47th separate mechanized brigade “Magura” and the 72nd separate mechanized brigade named after Black Zaporozhets. They have 44,100 and 31,200 followers, respectively. The rest of the brigades have 10,000 or fewer readers in Telegram.

From among the units, only five were presented, which have the largest audiences in Telegram: the number of their subscribers varies from 101,000 people to 347,000.< /p>

[channels] There are a lot of subdivisions, a huge part of them are not official, and it is quite difficult to collect them in a single list, says DeepState's post.

Most subscribers in the 414th separate regiment of strike unmanned aviation systems – a unit in the Marine Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine based on the company-tactical group “Birds of Magyar”. He has 347,000 followers. In second place is the Legion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “Freedom of Russia”, which is followed by 210,600 readers.

The media coverage of brigades and units affects their patronage and support from the public in the form of donations, DeepState writes. – In addition, it is about the desire of recruits to join one or another unit of the Defense Forces.

The authors of the infographic provide data on the channels of five units, three of which belong to the GUR of the MO.

Unofficial channels were not taken into account, for example, 25 OPDBr have fans channel, which is much larger than the official one,” explained the compilers of the rating.
