The expert sees the key difference in the fact that the health care system during the second influx of coronavirus will be prepared for threats and consequences. When everything had just begun, this sphere was not able to mobilize as quickly as possible to counter the threat. In addition, there were not enough hospitals to support patients, and doctors had a limited amount of knowledge regarding COVID-19. The second time this should not happen again, although a jump in the incidence is likely. This is due to the seasonality and the surge in viral ailments.
In addition, the activity in general has increased, a new academic year has started in schools, people have returned from vacations, the words of Shlyakhto “Parlamentskaya Gazeta”.
