Queen Camilla has cancelled public appearances due to health concerns. The wife of King Charles III is battling a chest infection, writes BBC.

Buckingham Palace has confirmed an unexpected deterioration in the Queen's health. What exactly is troubling Camilla is unknown.

Camilla herself expressed hope for a speedy recovery – she plans to attend upcoming events this weekend – November 9-10.

For now, the Queen will rest at home under the supervision of doctors. Due to her illness, she will miss the opening of the Field of Remembrance in London, where poppies will be planted in memory of fallen soldiers.

Camilla is not the only one with health problems – Charles III is battling cancer, which became known in early 2024. She is undergoing treatment and the monarch recently let it slip about the side effect of chemotherapy – he lost his sense of taste.
