Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin began wearing body armor at public appearances as early as 2023, following the recommendation of the Federal Security Service.

An unnamed Russian official confirms that on the 9th of May Putin was wearing a bulletproof vest. British nutritional safety consultant Jade Miller explains that, judging from the fact that Putin walks boringly, and his coat does not show natural folds when walking, it is possible to work out that the Russian leader can wear a bulletproof vest.
Also, the putin clearly raises and straightens the shoulders, which indicates the discomfort of the vest.
