Putin proposes Russian State Duma to ratify partnership agreement with DPRK

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has submitted to the Russian State Duma a bill on ratification of the comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with North Korea.

It was published in the legislative activity database of the Russian State Duma on October 14, Fakty.com.ua reports.

The text of the agreement was posted in the package of documents to the bill on ratification of the strategic partnership agreement with North Korea.

In particular,Article 4 of this agreement it is stated:

200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000

—If one of the parties is subjected to an armed attack and finds itself in a state of war, the other party will immediately provide military and other assistance by all means at its disposal in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter, the legislation of the Russian Federation and the DPRK, — it says.

The treaty between Russia and North Korea on the establishment of a military alliance will enter into force after the parties exchange instruments of ratification.

BAGNET recalls that on October 14, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia plans to include North Korea in the war against Ukraine. This issue was discussed separately during the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

The President assured that Ukraine will respond harshly for its own defense, regardless of who will help the Russian Federation.
