Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that a nuclear war should never be unleashed, RIA Novosti reports.

According to him, Russia fully fulfills its obligations under the Treaty on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons and bilateral agreements with the United States on the reduction of nuclear weapons.

"We proceed from the fact that there can be no winners in a nuclear war, and it should never be unleashed, and we stand for equal and indivisible security for all members of the world community,” – added Putin.

BAGNET recalls that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov previously spoke with a similar position.< /p>

And military experts in the United States are inclined to think that Putin is unlikely to dare to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine. It is more likely that he will resort to a chemical one.
