Putin may transfer nuclear weapons technology to North Korea, South Korean ambassador to the UN

North Korea may receive nuclear technology from Russia as payment for assistance in the war against Ukraine.

This was stated by South Korea's permanent representative to the UN, Jongkuk Hwang, during a speech at the UN Security Council, Ukrinform reports.
