Psychological self-help techniques appeared in the application

Application “Air Alarm”/Ajax Systems

Psychological self-help techniques from the All-Ukrainian mental health program “How are you?”, initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenskaya, were added to the “Air Alarm” application.

A link to a game simulator for pre-medical care and tactical medicine has appeared. This was announced by the Ajax Systems company, which is the developer of the application.

The updated application now includes a set of special exercises and tips that help stabilize the emotional state during air raids, explosions or other stressful situations.

Now, when the application announces the sound of an air alarm, the question “How are you?” will come along with the push message. If you click on it, the subsection “Psychological Self-Help First Aid Kit” will open with advice for adults, children and veterans. There will be exercises, tips, games and contacts of specialists, the message says.

Innovations will gradually work on iOS and Android together with the latest update of the application. If you don't have them yet, you need to update the application yourself.

“Psychological self-help kit” with psychological tips and exercises is located in the “Useful” section, there users will also find a link to the game simulator < strong>LifesaverSIM, which allows you to learn first aid and tactical medicine.
