The provincial anti-corruption prosecutor, Janny Sánchez Porturas, summoned for this Monday the 12th to César Acuna, leader of the Alliance for Progress and candidate for the regional government of La Libertad, who is being investigated, on a preliminary basis, for alleged influence peddling.
Acuña will be questioned at 9:30 in the morning about his expressions, during a meeting with members of his party, in which he asks the censored former president of Congress, Lady Camones, to prioritize the creation bill of the district of Alto Trujillo to benefit him in his electoral campaign.
According to the tax resolution, to which El Comercio had access, Lady Camones -APP congresswoman- must go to the Public Ministry on September 15 at 11: 30 am to give his testimony about the audios broadcast over the weekend by the Epicentro TV portal.

Also summoned were Jorge Gonzáles, head of the Congress Citizen Participation Office, Diana Gonzales, president of the Decentralization Commission; and legislator María Acuña Peralta.
