Scientists have been increasingly talking about the fact that all statements about global warming are a myth, and the Earth is actually gradually entering the so-called “mini-ice” period. For example, this opinion was voiced by Valentina Zharkova, professor at Northumbria University.

According to the scientist, the ice age on the planet has already begun and will continue until about 2050. Already in the near future, the Sun should enter a hibernation period, and the spots on it may practically disappear. All this, Zharkova is convinced, will lead to the fact that the rays from the Sun will practically cease to reach the Earth, which will make it cool much faster. As the specialist calculated, the average temperature on the planet as a result of such changes will decrease by about 1 degrees. At the same time, scientists warn, despite the fact that such a meaning may seem ridiculous to an ordinary person, even this may be enough to cause serious climatic problems in mid-latitudes. For example, Zharkova stresses, a decrease in temperature will lead to the fact that farmers simply will not have the opportunity to have time to harvest.

In the conditions of a mini-ice age, scientists are convinced, the weather will become so changeable that the entire crop will simply perish, as humanity will face record temperature fluctuations. Within a few years, many countries will face serious food shortages, and famine will begin in some states.
