Prince Harry and his wife awarded “Tyra” at the “Invincible Games”

Ukrainian volunteer and paramedic Yulia Paevska (known under the pseudonym “Tyra”) was awarded a medal at the Invictus Games 2023 personally by the prince Harry This is stated in the message of the Ukrainian team at the “Invincible Games”.

This year, the son of King Charles III and his wife, the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, showed active support for the Ukrainian team.

Tyra was presented with a silver medal for second place in the ISD Women's 50m Freestyle. 

Our Julia was presented with an award by none other than the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Harry and Meghan once again show their support and joy to see Julia at this year's Invictus Games. We are happy too! – says the message of the Ukrainian team at the Invictus Games. 

During the solemn award ceremony in Dusseldorf, Yulia Paevska (“Tyra”) stood wrapped in the flag of Ukraine. Prince Harry handed her the medal and hugged her.
