Prime Minister Shmyhal spoke about the world's largest minefield in Ukraine

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said in an interview Yonhap that due to the number of mines that were installed on the territory of the country during the largest minefield in the world" with an area of approximately 250,000 sq. sq. km.
"At the moment, this is the largest minefield in the world. It not only interferes with the movement of people, but also creates big problems for farming, and this is one of the main industries for us", — he said.
The agency notes that such a minefield area is larger than the territory of the Korean Peninsula.
Previously, BAGNET reported that Canada allocates Ukraine 15 million Canadian dollars (11 million US dollars) for the delivery of equipment for clearance of territories.
