Samsung's upcoming Fan Edition smartphone, the Galaxy S24 FE, is expected to be unveiled this week. While we've already seen numerous leaks about its specifications and European pricing, a new report from SmartPrix has revealed how much the device will cost in the US market.
Citing source OnLeaks, the report claims that the price of the Galaxy S24 FE will increase compared to its predecessor. The base 128GB model is expected to retail for $649, while the 256GB variant will cost $709. This marks a $50 jump over last year's $599 Galaxy S23 FE.

Expected to under the hood, it will run either Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or Exynos 2400, the same chips used in the flagship S24 series. However, there may be a slight downside: the Exynos chip in the S24 FE is rumored to be clocked at a slightly lower clock speed, around 100MHz slower than the regular S24. This variant is expected to be sold in Europe and Asia.
A similar situation may apply to the Snapdragon variant in the US, with a slightly reduced frequency version of the flagship chip. On the camera front, leaks suggest that the setup will remain the same as the S23 FE, with a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP telephoto, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 10MP front-facing camera for selfies.
