Politicians brawl in Radio Zet studio.
There is no shortage of emotions in public debate, as we have seen once again. As reported by the „Goniec” portal, in one of the radio broadcasts, there was another brawl between politicians invited to the studio. Get the details!
Emotions took over. The politicians' debate turned into a brawl
The brawl between politicians broke out in the program „7. Day of the Week”. Among those invited to the Radio Zet studio were Krzysztof Śmiszek from the Left, Małgorzata Paprocka representing the president, and Grzegorz Puda representing PiS.
At one point, MEP Śmiszek decided to refer to the report from the audit of the prosecutor's office's proceedings during the rule of Law and Justice. He stated that in previous years the prosecutor's office was primarily concerned with „protecting the interests of PiS and serving Ziobro's policies”. The politician indicated that Ziobro himself was the one who was spreading a protective umbrella over some people.
The audit results were questioned by Grzegorz Puda, who stated that the current National Prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk does not hold this position at all. He even called him a “self-proclaimed national prosecutor”.
Strong words in the politicians' debate
The floor was taken on the matter by Małgorzata, representing the president Paprocka, who stated that the entire report is “general” that is supposed to prove that during the PiS government “everything was wrong”. “200 cases described on 300 pages. We can already see what we are dealing with”, stated Paprocka.
The head of the Presidential Chancellery did not stop there. She called prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk “a masquerader”. In turn, Mirosław Suchoń, representing the Polska 2050 group, stated that PiS had managed to create an “octopus that has entwined the country”. Evidence of this was supposed to be the files of some cases kept in the garage by prosecutor Jerzy Ziarkiewicz.
„The symbol of this octopus in the prosecutor's office is the PiS garage of criminals in Lublin– Suchoń emphasized.
