Poland introduced new re-entry rules for citizens of Ukraine – now, when re-crossing the Polish border, Ukrainians should present diia.pl. This reports The Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland.
To avoid losing PESEL UKR status due to leaving Poland for less than 30 days, a foreigner returning to Poland must inform the Border Guard officer in charge of passport control of the intention to enter in connection with the exercise of the right of temporary protection in Poland and each time show the electronic document diia.pl (even if the foreigner goes to work in Poland or for other purposes, but at the same time he will be protected in Poland).
Entering the territory of Poland without notification of the above circumstances or without presenting the diia.pl electronic document may result in that the foreigner's data will not be included in the registers on the basis of which the PESEL UKR status is granted, and is associated with numerous social rights.
BAGNET recalls, from March 1, 2023 years in Poland, payment will be introduced for those refugees who stay in collective accommodation facilities (hotels, hostels, etc.) for more than 120 days.
