Poland to receive $4 billion in US loan for army transformation

The head of the Polish Ministry of Defense, Wladyslaw Kosińska-Kamyś, announced on Thursday that the country will receive another loan from the US in the amount of $4 billion for the rapid transformation of the Polish armed forces.

He wrote about this on X (Twitter), reports “European Pravda”.

He added that in total the US has provided Poland with more than $11 billion, in particular for Patriot systems and Apache helicopters.

“In “We have another loan agreement with the United States, which helps finance the rapid transformation of the Polish armed forces under the FMF Foreign Military Financing program.

Now it is $4 billion, and in total the United States has provided Poland with more than $11 billion to finance weapons programs, including Patriot air defense systems and Apache helicopters,” Kosiniak-Kamysz wrote

According to him, this is another proof of great trust and a strong alliance between Poland and the United States.
