The Obregón company was awarded the construction of the highway that crosses the house of the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, in Anguía.

Furthermore, a project of S/102 million was awarded with Sedapal during this government, but it is suspended due to irregularities.

According to a journalistic investigation by Cuarto Poder, the facilities of the Parasol company would have been used to hold a meeting between Obregón and the businessman Hugo Espino , who accepted the sincere confession, and the deputy mayor of Anguía, Carlos Cabrera, in the midst of the 2021 presidential campaign.

The Sunday newspaper pointed out that said meeting would have served to obtain contributions and finance the activities of Pedro Castillo during his presidential campaign.
