Pensioner tried in Ukraine for supporting Russia in Odnoklassniki

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Poltava sentenced a resident of Poltava region for supporting the occupiers in the social network «Odnoklassniki».

The pensioner received two years in prison for distributing anti-Ukrainian publications. However, she was released from punishment and the judge assigned her a one-year probationary period. The woman will also pay 23,000 hryvnias for forensic examinations. This became known from the verdict, which the court handed down on December 5.

One of the posts was shared by the defendant on April 16 last year. In the publication, experts found statements that justify and deny the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. The pensioner herself admitted her guilt in court.
