President Pedro Castillo affirmed be willing to dialogue, always have been, and that there is a “sector” that does not believe in dialogue or listen to the needs of the population.
“We are willing to dialogue, we always have been and from here we continue to call for dialogue but there is a sector that does not believe in dialogue or in the country”, he indicated.

“I understand why when I travel around the country and we ask the people, they tell us that it is the first time a government has visited us and it is sad that a of the regions come out through the media and say that we as a people and as a region have always been considered the backyard of the Republic”, he added.
He also reported that from January of this year to date, the Government transferred about 4,200 million soles to finance the execution of more than 2,200 works in 450 institutions, between ministries, regional governments and provincial and district municipalities .
The president's statements were made during the delivery ceremony of more than 130 million soles to local and regional authorities and executing entities for the continuity and initiation of projects within the framework of the reconstruction process with changes .
