Author of no less than 30 goals and eight assists in the 32 official games he has played this season, the Zambian Patson Daka has emerged as the main offensive leader of the RB Salzburg and one of the most decisive strikers on the continent.

As is often the case in these cases, their performance has not gone unnoticed by the big European clubs. In fact, information published by the Daily Star makes the African the protagonist of a close bid in which four sets of the Premier League: Liverpool, Manchester United, Everton and Arsenal.
Forged in modest teams from his country (Nchanga Rangers, Green Buffaloes, Kafue Celtic FC or Power Dynamos FC), Daka spent half a season at FC Liefering before landing at his current club. Since then (summer 2017), the forward has maintained a constant progression that has allowed him to add 115 official matches (64 goals and 23 assists).
Although no details are offered on its possible cost or on the amount that his prestigious suitors could put on the table, it seems clear that his signing will require a significant investment. The player maintains a contract until June 2024 and RB Leipzig is clear that he will only be released if he receives significant compensation.
