Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko decided to share a recipe that is perfect for dinner. Pasta with mushrooms and creamy cream cheese is quick to prepare and tastes incredible.

This is an ideal option for a quick and tasty dinner.

Ingredients:

• Oil – 2 tablespoons;

• Onion – 1 pc;

• Garlic – 3 cloves;

• Thyme – 1 sprig;

• Mushrooms – 400 g;

• Butter – 30 g;

• Salt, pepper – to taste;

• Exquisa Classic cream cheese – 200 g;

• Mustard – 1 tsp;

• Water from under the pasta – 150 ml;

• Pasta – 200 g;

• Parsley

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion and garlic. Fry in a heated pan with the addition of a small amount of oil. Add thyme.

2. You can use your favorite mushrooms. Chop and add to the pan.

3. Add butter, salt, pepper. Stir and cook until golden.

4. Add cream cheese, mustard and water in which the pasta was cooked.

5. Add the finished pasta, mix and add chopped parsley.
