Panasonic decided to «resurrect» of its founder Konosuke Matsushita with the help of artificial intelligence technologies. The company wants to enable its current employees to understand and apply a management philosophy based on the principles developed by the businessman who passed away in 1989.

The AI ​​version of the founder was developed in collaboration with the Matsuo Institute, which trained the system based on the entrepreneur's works, speeches and interviews. The model was trained using more than 3000 voice recordings, which will allow the unusual neural network to imitate the style of thinking, actions and speech.
