Orban may be a KGB agent and he has leverage - opinion

Often heard accusations that in the 80s of the last century, Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Hungary, & nbsp; could be an informer, and such a course of events could explain Russia's leverage over Orban, said in an interview with ZN.UA the leader of the parliamentary opposition party Momentum, Ferenc Gelencher, with whom Vladimir Kravchenko spoke.

“Although there is no unequivocal evidence , but very often there are reproaches that in the eighties Viktor Orban could be an informant. The Hungarian Ministry of the Interior during the transformation in the early nineties destroyed a large amount of internal documentation. But there are people who believe that the originals of these documents are stored in the archives of Russia, and many are inclined to believe that it is these folders that are Moscow's lever of influence on Orban, – Gelencher noted.

He once again emphasized that this cannot be stated unambiguously. But such a course of events would explain a lot.

“For if these suspicions about Orban as an informer are proven, it would mean the end of his career”… I'm inclined to believe it might be true, – added Shelencher.
