However, due to an excess of acute in the body, gastric juice is more actively produced, which threatens heartburn. If you constantly lean on food sharper, you can “finish the game” to gastritis. Some foods are distinguished by their ability to partially neutralize pungency. These include lemon and lime, and starchy foods are also fine. The same rice acts as a sorbent.

Nutritionists advise eating spicy food once a week, writes “Word and Deed”. In case of problems with the gastrointestinal tract, you must completely abandon it. If there is a pronounced craving for such a diet, there is a possibility of a deficiency in the body of vitamins and minerals. Sometimes it's the lack of enzymes that help the food to digest.

Acute stimulates appetite, therefore it is useful for those who do not have one. This includes people with cancer who lose their cravings for food during treatment. In a small amount, spicy dishes can be used for pregnant women with toxicosis. It is better to give preference to spices.
