According to the nutritionist, sweets for children should be approached wisely. For example, for an afternoon snack with a glass of milk or yogurt, you can give a bun, cookies, marshmallow or marshmallow – this does not harm the child's body. The main thing is to focus on the quality of the dessert. Regular bars, which are littered with store shelves, are not suitable in this case. If you choose chocolate, then you should take a good milk one. According to Bondarovich, it tones and increases the level of the hormone of joy.

If there is no time, then it is worth paying attention to sweets marked “non-GMO”, dyes, sweeteners or flavors. Dessert cheeses, which include milk, cocoa or vanilla, are perfect.
You can offer your child marmalade, candied fruit or honey – all this is sweet, which means it is tasty, and there is a minimum of harm. Of course, such foods must be given in limited quantities so that the child does not give up the main food.
