Nothing hinted at a quick announcement of a new device

The company nothing, known for its smartphones with backlight, published a teaser on the X social network image of a small part of the new device, which makes it difficult to form an idea of what it is. In the next post, the company placed emoji phone and screw, but this does not clarify the situation at all.

As the blogger believes Gadget Bits may be the first smartphone of the CMF by Nothing sub-brand, whose products differ from Nothing devices in a simpler minimalist design and more affordable price. While CMF by Nothing brand products are usually featured on the page, it's not unusual for Nothing to post a teaser of an upcoming CMF device on their page.

According to Gadget Bits, the new smartphone will be equipped with a Dimensity 7200 processor, 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a UFS 2.2 flash drive with a capacity of 128 or 256 GB with the possibility of expansion. The OLED display with a diagonal of 6.7 inches will support a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The main camera of the smartphone will receive two sensors with a resolution of 50 MP. The back panel of the device will be made of polycarbonate with artificial leather trim. The battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh will receive a fast charge of 33 W.

Previously, the 91mobiles resource reported that the CMF by Nothing is preparing a smartphone called the CMF Phone (1), which will be offered at a price starting at 12,000 rupees (about $144). It is quite possible that it is the same device.
