Make a monster burger by Hector Jimenez-Bravo/rorozoa
If you don't like burgers from restaurants, you can make them at home. Fortunately, we have a recipe for a cool burger that everyone will definitely want.
Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared it on his Instagram. But, as we have already mentioned, it is not for everyone, and all because such a burger is very, very big.
Why a monster? Because it is incredibly juicy, crispy and high,
says the chef.
Ingredients:
- Beef mince;
- Pepper, salt – to taste;
- Buns for burgers;
- Bacon;
- Ketchup;
- Lettuce leaves;
- Blue onion;
- Pickle;
- Tomato;
- Cheddar cheese.
- Form patties from the minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 2 minutes until cooked. Fry the bacon together with the cutlets.
- Cut the burger buns in half and fry 2 lower parts and one upper part. Grease one lower and upper part with ketchup.
- Cut the onion, tomato and cucumber into rings.
- Wash the lettuce and tear off the leaves.
- Cut the cheese into slices and put on cutlet.
- Assemble the burger as in the video.
- Delicious!
