The Tverskoy Court of Moscow fined musician Noize MC (Ivan Alekseev) 50 thousand rubles under article on discrediting the Russian army. This was reported by Mediazona, as reported by Radio Liberty.
The publication specifies that the reason for the protocol against the artist was a publication in the Telegram channel of the Readovka publication on August 13, 2024, to which a screenshot of Alekseev's post on Instagram was attached: in it, he wished Ukraine victory in the war with Russia.
Alekseev's lawyer Il'nur Sharapov insists that there is no offense in the musician's actions, since his client did not publish anything on the Readovka channel and has no relation to the publication.
