The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) can send its military personnel to Ukraine to support the Russian Federation. The possibility of such a development of the scenario is even credible.

This is reported by the Minister of Defense of New Korea Kim Yong Hyun, as quoted by The Korea Times.
