As the “Goniec” portal recalls, Zbigniew Ziobro withdrew from politics in December last year due to confirmation of his cancer. The politician did not hide the fact that his condition was serious and the treatment was very intensive. However, it seems that the worst is behind him and Ziobro will soon return to big politics. The date has been set.

Zbigniew Ziobro is struggling with cancer

In December of last year, Ziobro suddenly disappeared from politics. As it later turned out, the reason for his absence was cancer. The politician underwent intensive treatment, including not only chemotherapy, but also a procedure to remove esophageal cancer. He also recently underwent a procedure aimed at improving the quality of his life.

Recently, Zbigniew Ziobro's health was discussed by his party colleague Michał W&jcik. The politician admitted that Ziobro is in quite “good shape”. He added that the politician has already gained some weight.

In an interview with the Polish Press Agency, W&jcik revealed that Ziobro will soon return to political activity. When will this happen?

Zbigniew Ziobro returns to politics

“Zbigniew Ziobro feels He is doing much better now and will return to his political activities in December,” Michał W&jcik said. The politician stressed that he did not know whether this would happen at the first December session of the Sejm or later.

W&jcik also referred to Zbigniew Ziobro's failure to appear before the Sejm's investigative committee for Pegasus. He emphasized that the reason was not cancer, but the fact that the former Minister of Justice “does not recognize this committee.” He refers to the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling, which stated that the scope of the commission's activities is inconsistent with the Constitution.

W&jcik stated that he “does not believe that any judge would agree to accept this type of motion”.
