If hunger suddenly woke up in the evening, the expert advises to drink a glass of water without gas at room temperature. In the case when this did not work, you can choose kefir or a glass of milk with spices for dinner. You can add ginger, cinnamon, or a spoonful of honey. In extreme cases, it is permissible to make a toast combining cheese with ham or cottage cheese with meat. At the same time, tea, coffee or juice will not be the best solution, because it stimulates the appetite.

Before going to bed, it is advisable to stop reading news or disturbing literature that provokes tension or nervousness. It is preferable to take a bath, wear warm socks, and spend time doing something pleasantly distracting. Evening yoga has proven itself well in resisting gluttony.
