Nirvana wins lawsuit dismissed by man who claimed his “naked” image taken when he was four months old appeared on the cover of the album "Nevermind" from 1991. The plaintiff accused the band of child pornography. District Judge Fernando Holguin in Los Angeles said Spencer Elden waited too long to claim Nirvana sexually exploited him. The man filed a lawsuit more than 10 years after he learned about the cover. Other defendants included Nirvana members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, the widow of the late vocalist Kurt Cobain, several record companies, and photographer Kirk Weddle.
